Don Stader, MD, FACEP, FASAM

Dr. Stader is the founder and president of Epifluence (formerly Stader Opioid Consultants) and an emergency and addiction medicine physician. He is the founder and Executive Director of The Naloxone Project, a nonprofit organization that engages hospitals in providing overdose education and naloxone distribution. Dr. Stader leads several state- and nation- wide projects targeted at harm reduction and substance use disorder treatment.
Rachael Duncan, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

Dr. Duncan is a clinical pharmacist that champions several state- and nation- wide perinatal initiatives targeted at creating better systems to support pregnant and postpartum patients and families affected by substance use and use disorders.
Kaylin Klie, MD, MA, FASAM

Dr. Klie is a family medicine and addiction medicine physician with special interest and expertise in the care of pregnant and parenting people with substance use disorders. She has developed two integrated clinics for pregnant people to receive medical care and substance use support and is the immediate past co-chair of and continues to serve on the Colorado Maternal Mortality Review Committee.
Susan Bradley, PharmD, JM

Dr. Bradley is a clinical pharmacist experienced in medication management of patients with substance use disorders. She also has a background in pharmacy leadership, clinical project development, regulatory compliance, accreditation, policy writing and systemization.

Olivia Carrara is a licensed medical social worker with experience spanning psychotherapy, healthcare, policy, and advocacy. She is passionate about addiction medicine and improving lives through compassionate, evidence-based clinical and community-focused care.

Jamie Davis serves as a Maternal Peer Support Subject Matter Expert, providing leadership on implementation strategy, training, and sustainability planning. She specializes in patient-centered communication, stigma and bias reduction, trauma-informed care, and strengthening connections to treatment and recovery services.

Brooke Stoesz is a dedicated nurse with extensive experience in maternal and newborn care, labor and delivery, and quality improvement. Currently, she leads multiple hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, CO. Her passion lies in supporting patients with substance use disorders and advocating for those facing healthcare disparities.

Anne Sprinkel is a project manager for MOMs+, with a background in maternal health, specializing in gender equity in healthcare. In this role, she supports strategic planning, stakeholder management, and program implementation.
